 From Cuban exile comunity in Miami, a call to form a spiritual "axis" that would congregate, in the entire world, those that have the courage of calling what is good - good; and what is bad - bad; a crusade of defenders of freedom in the world that rejects the harmful politics of giving-in, to supposedly not loose

 The Commission on Studies for the Freedom of Cuba (Comisión de Estudios Por la Libertad de Cuba) whole-heatedly supports the march "Freedom with Dignity for Cuba" which will be held by the Cuban exile community (Miami, March 29, 2003), to denounce before the entire world the violation of God-given rights and Human Rights in the island jail; reclaim the freedom of political prisoners and prisoners of conscience; to reject any political softening and understanding with the Castro tyranny; and also against international terrorism.

The Cuban exile community of Miami, in order to assume that unswerving position in support of the freedom of Cuba, uses as its foundation the perennial and unchanging lesson from the Divine Teacher: "Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No’" (Matthew 5:37).

The Cuban exile community of Miami, which is so often misunderstood and slandered by neoscribes and neopharisees, bases itself on that divine teaching to continue in its publicity fight in favor of 11 million enslaved brothers, denouncing the asphyxiation by the internal "embargo".

The Cuban exile community of Miami, as part of the Cuban nation, has the right and duty of protesting against the cruel tyrant Fidel Castro, the Saddam Hussein of the Caribbean. As part of the North American nation, who gave it such a gracious welcome, it has the duty of repudiating those in the United States that seek to do business with the communist tyranny, who are taking advantage of semi-slave work. As a part of Latin America, it has the duty of supporting the Venezuelan people in their peaceful fight against the "Cubanization" of Venezuela; of spiritually supporting the people of Colombia, who are confronted with the cruel aggression of narco-guerillas inspired by Havana; and to repudiate those who from Latin America and the European Union are offering profitable commercial agreements to the Cuban regime.

"Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No’" was, and shall be the golden rule of the Cuban exile community of Miami, directing its language, its conduct, its mentality and spirit, to contribute to the freedom of Cuba.

The rejection of that golden rule is at the root of the contemporary crisis and chaos; of incredible concessions to the Saddam Hussein's of Iraq, the Caribbean, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, communist China; and of unimaginable contradictions, such as the handing over of the presidency of the UN Human Rights Commission, in Geneva, to Libya, a repressive nation which favors terrorism.

The Cuban exile community of Miami calls all defenders of freedom in the world, to consolidate in an invincible "axis" of "‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and ‘No,’ ‘No’", that congregates all those that have the courage of calling what is good - good; and what is bad - bad. A spiritual crusade that rejects the harmful politics of giving-in and contemporizing, to supposedly not loose, which, according to History has opened the way to the largest catastrophes, defeats and betrayals. In that way, the defenders of freedom in the world, with the enthusiastic support of the Cuban exile community of Miami, could assure an era of true Christian peace for the XXI Century, which according to the definition by St. Augustin, is the tranquility of order.
